  • Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation’s governance division (regularly between 2000-2008) in the fields of human rights and the human rights based approach, access to justice, gender (implementation of CEDAW), and governance
  • design and implementation of country development strategies, pluriannual programmes and projects involving governance and/or human rights issues,  most recently in 
    • Serbia (study on judicial training commissioned by the World Bank, 2008),
    • Bosnia (study on potentials for future SDC programme in the justice sector, 2008),
    • Albania (study on potentials for future joint SDC/ADC programme on regional development and decentralization, 2008/9),
    • Rwanda  (options for SDC to improve access to justice, 2005),
  • Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs on the possible creation of a National Human Rights Institution in Switzerland (2003/4, 2006-2008)
  • The Macedonian Government for developing a strategy on the equitable representation of non-majority communities (2005-2006).
